Shintoism shrine worship tour (meiji-jingu or other)

The Experience: A Journey into the Sacred “Art of Peace”

Once you are elegantly dressed in your Kimono or Yukata, we will personally guide you to the serene grounds of Meiji Jingu or a local sacred shrine.

We believe that a Japanese shrine is not merely a backdrop for photography, nor is it a tourist attraction; it is a sacred sanctuary for prayer and reflection, much like a cathedral or church. By approaching the shrine with the same deep respect and mindfulness as the Japanese people, your visit transcends simple sightseeing and becomes a truly divine experience.

  • Walking to Shrine on the right position. Bow at Torii. Purify yourself these are all formal rules to visit shrine.

. While we will gladly assist in capturing beautiful photographs of your journey, our ultimate hope is that by walking and praying as we do, you will move beyond being a visitor and truly embody the “Art of Peace” within your own heart.

During our walk, we will carefully teach you the authentic rituals and manners of Shinto worship, allowing you to feel the spiritual significance and the quiet harmony that defines Japanese tradition. We are also happy to assist you with traditional offerings, such as writing an Ema (votive tablet) with your wishes or receiving an Omikuji (sacred fortune).
