How to book

Booking Required: Sakaeya is a private salon and the exact map/address details are shared only after your booking and payment are confirmed via email

Booking Process

Kimono tour Package plan please visit here 

Step 1: Submit the Booking Form 

Step 2: Check & Pay Your Invoice Once we confirm availability, we will send a fitting deposit invoice for all guests.

  • Payment Deadline: Please complete your payment within 2 days of receiving the invoice, or at least 48 hours before your appointment.
  • Secure your spot early to avoid the last-minute fee.

Step 3: Receive Your Invitation Once payment is confirmed, your booking is guaranteed. We will then share our private map and directions to ensure you arrive smoothly.

  • Standard Hours: 12:00 PM (noon) – 6:00 PM
  • Last Booking: 5:00 PM 
  • Closed: Irregular Holidays (Please Main page down)
  • After-Hours: Services before 12:00 PM or after 6:00 PM are available for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance.

Location & Access

We are conveniently located right next to Takeshita Street.

  • JR Harajuku Station: 4-minute walk from the Takeshita Exit.
  • Subway Meiji-jingumae Station: 6-minute walk from Exit 3 or Exit 7.
